When Chatmantics partnered with Globaldev, the initial plan was to onboard one software engineer. However, CEO Keith Scales expressed concerns about potential challenges stemming from time zone differences and their impact on the development process. Drawing on years of experience collaborating with companies worldwide, Globaldev worked to address these concerns by optimizing overlapping work hours and employing streamlined communication channels.
The partnership soon expanded, with Chatmantics bringing on two additional engineers from Globaldev to accelerate development and enhance operational processes. By applying Agile and Scrum methodologies, Globaldev showcased its ability to deliver high-quality development while maintaining seamless communication and collaboration.
