About the client

SRVU is a comprehensive mobile solution that connects customers with trusted on-demand service providers. With dedicated apps for both Android and iOS, SRVU allows users to browse and hire professionals across a range of service categories, including plumbing, HVAC, gardening, roof repair, electrical work, pool maintenance, locksmith services, towing, car washing, and cleaning. Users can seamlessly request services, track providers, receive invoices, and make payments all within the same app.

SRVU also provides an interface for service providers, enabling them to list their services, manage categories and pricing, and track their fleets in real time via GPS.

Solution

SRVU asked Globaldev to enhance and maintain its mobile application due to challenges with scaling the platform architecture. Our team started with refactoring existing source code, taking into consideration architectural issues that prevented new features from being added to the app and hampered maintenance.

We restructured the platform to resolve real-time update issues and other technical obstacles, allowing for seamless implementation of new functionalities aligned with SRVU’s business goals. Our efforts made SRVU’s mobile applications more robust and scalable, equipped to support real-time user interactions and future growth.
