The client, facing increasing strain on their HR department due to a high volume of repetitive employee inquiries, sought a solution to automate responses to frequently asked questions.

This multi-platform tool, accessible via web and integrated messaging platforms like Slack, was tailored to the company's specific data and incorporated user authentication to ensure access control. Integration with the HRM API, such as Bamboo, allowed for real-time data retrieval, while a comprehensive admin panel provided HR with tools to manage knowledge bases, review user feedback, and maintain audit logs.
