Student Apply became part of QS Quacquarelli Symonds Limited in 2021 and operates as a global application management platform for educational institutions. The web solution enables 3,000+ external users — including agents and student influencers — and 150+ internal admissions managers to process thousands of applications to over 1,500 universities, foundations, and high schools.
The platform was created to make international education more accessible by allowing applicants to select suitable institutions and apply through a centralized admission management system.
When the project joined QS, it was still at the MVP stage and required strategic scaling.
